At our Welshpool Head Office, we operate a well-resourced internal Sales Support function to manage customer enquiries and support our in-field sales team.
We also have a dedicated in house Marketing Team working on brand and product initiatives, and cooperative marketing and promotional activities with our key retail partners.

Damien Lawrence
An 18 year veteran of the Pet Industry with 4 years in retail and 14 years' service at ALLPET, Damien remains passionate and committed to bringing a high level of service and quality new product to the Pet Specialty Channel.
Spending most of those 14 years as a Retail Account Manager and enjoying developing strong business relationships, Damien is now involved in driving ALLPET and its 35 plus staff from a more senior position.
A dedicated family guy, married with 2 children, Damien thoroughly enjoys following their pursuits. Other interests include keeping active, following AFL footy and baseball as well as travelling... something he has been fortunate to do many times in his time at ALLPET. Damien has recently welcomed Indy the Groodle to his family, who is mischievous but a lot of fun.
Damien looks forward to helping ALLPET in its growth plans and bringing strong branded products to an industry that remains fun to be involved in.

Andy Thomas
With a 10 year history in the Pet Specialty channel in WA, I am a passionate "Pet Specialist" and love working in this channel with the Pet Passionate people who make up our retail partners.
I joined KraMar Pet Supplies in 2004 and spent almost 7 years building a direct to retail business for them in WA, establishing some enduring relationships in the process. In 2010 KraMar was acquired by Purina and I came across to the Purina team, managing the Pet Specialty channel sales team in WA and overseeing the Key Accounts. Having joined Allpet in September 2014, I am looking forward to assisting towards our ambitious growth plans and establishing Allpet as a product and brand leader in the industry.
At home, I am the proud father of two daughters, so to address the gender balance in the household we have an 18 month old dog Ollie, who is a "SCHNOCKER" with some "oodle" DNA thrown in. He is an amazing character, and a big part of our family!

Rebecca Walker
With 14 years sales experience and 8 of those years being in the Pet industry, Rebecca has built great relationships within the industry.
Rebecca's favourite thing about being a Sales Rep is challenging herself to meet new clients and giving them great customer service while getting to have a laugh with them at the same time.
Rebecca is the proud owner of "Zazu" the talkative African Grey Parrot who is her little baby.

Peter Gregory
Arriving in Australia in 2006 from the UK, Peter has always be an animal lover and is the proud owner of ‘Buddy’, a 6yo Mini Foxy/Chihuahua X and a chicken called ‘Tina’. A father of 2 amazing children, he has 30 years Sales/Customer Service experience and has spent 6 years in the pet wholesale business (and loves it). Most weekends you'll find him at the beach trying to surf or just being the socialite that he's become.

Anthony Gunter
Approximately eight years ago I joined Allpet and have been thoroughly enjoying being a part of the pet industry and this great team ever since. I'm pictured here with 'Cookie', a chihuahua x Pomeranian - she is one of 4 dogs, 4 cats, 3 chickens, 2 guinea pigs, copious birds, a bearded dragon and 4 green tree frogs that my family and I share our house with. In case you hadn’t already figured it out, my love of my own pets and the pet industry in general is what drives me and makes my job with Allpet so fulfilling.

Mike Teele
Mike has over 10 years experience in the wholesale pet industry, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and strong relationships within the Victorian marketplace. He is a lover of all pets and currently is the owner of one English Cocker Spaniel (Murphy the Pup).
Mike lives in the inner city and has two children. A boy and a girl. Both are keen sportspeople. Most weekends he can be found watching them compete in Gymnastics, Football and Basketball.

Rye Drummond
Rye joined Allpet in February 2014 in the role of Business Development Manager. He brings extensive experience and knowledge of the Pet/Vet Wholesale sector from working previously with Kong's. This experience enables Rye to develop the current customer portfolio at Allpet and to ensure Allpet is meeting the everyday demands of the Pet retailer.
Rye also works closely with the marketing and product development team to develop trends and create product differentiation.

Ashleigh Bryant
Ashleigh joined the Pet Industry in 2011, working as a casual retail assistant and working her way up to full time sales assistant and groomer. Whilst working within the industry, Ashleigh completed her studies and became a qualified Veterinary Nurse, still working within the Veterinary industry today as a fill-in over the weekends at a local clinic.
Ashleigh has also spent a lot of time volunteering with animal related NFP organisations including RDA (Riding for the Disabled), Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre and Darling Range Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre.
On the side, Ashleigh runs a small-scale feline rescue group called "March of the Moggies" where she focuses on helping a variety of cats and kittens - special needs, abandoned, orphaned and colony/feral cats. Since the start of 2016, she has vetted and re-homed almost 50 cats and kittens.
In her spare time, Ashleigh enjoys taking her dog, a Rottweiler named Bear, to the beach and river, smothering her special needs kitty, named Marigold, with cuddles, maintaining and adding to her garden, trying new restaurants and working up a sweat at her local Crossfit box.
